By using PharmaKarigar you agree to these terms. PharmaKarigar is a platform that connects pharmaceutical job seekers and employers; it is not an employer or an employment agency.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- One person or organisation per account; do not impersonate others.
2. Acceptable use
- No fake profiles, fake jobs, or misleading credentials.
- No harvesting of other users’ data, spamming, or misuse of contact information.
- Employers must post genuine opportunities and handle applicant data lawfully.
- No unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
3. Verification & content
Verification badges and platform-verified employment reflect activity recorded on PharmaKarigar and documents reviewed by us; they are indicators, not guarantees. You are responsible for the content you submit and grant us permission to process it to provide the service (for example, generating letters or verified profiles).
4. No guarantee
We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any employer or applicant. Hiring decisions and employment terms are solely between the parties involved.
5. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or damages to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm users or the platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nashik, Maharashtra.
